Women’s bodies change — through adolescence, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond.
Embody is a pelvic health physiotherapy practice dedicated to supporting women through these seasons with clarity, care and respect for you as a whole person.
My approach is practical, evidence-based and grounded in treatment that feels supportive rather than prescriptive. This is care that meets you where you are — with clear guidance, considered pacing and a focus on helping you feel more comfortable, capable and at home in your body.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2017 and returned home to work in the Mount Gambier community. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from many walks of life, with a growing focus on women’s health.
My passion for working with women led me to pursue further training, and in 2021 I began a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Pelvic Health) at Curtin University, graduating in 2023. I received Australian Physiotherapy Association Titling in 2025.
I'm proud to be offering specialised services to our community. At the heart of my work is a belief in practical, compassionate care — meeting you where you are, and supporting you with clarity, evidence-based practice, and respect for your lived experience.
Alongside my clinical training, I hold qualifications in exercise, including a Certificate IV in Pilates (Mat and Reformer) and a Diploma of Clinical Pilates through Breathe Education in Melbourne. Movement plays a central role in my life and my work, and I’m deeply supportive of women finding ways to move that feel sustainable, enjoyable and realistic for their lives. I believe the best exercise is the one that actually gets done — and my role is to help you find what feels good.

Pelvic health physiotherapy can be a game-changer before, during and after your pregnancy.
I have a special passion for working with women in this transition to motherhood, navigating the biggest physical changes the body will ever have.
There are HICAPS facilities in-clinic for on-the-spot health fund rebates and Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPCCMPs).
Get support for your pregnancy related aches and pains, or guidance on how to continue to exercise to support you and your baby.
You can have your pelvic floor muscles assessed to understand how to best prepare for birth, and your individualised risk of birth injury.
We see birth as another really big life experience — let us help you and your partner prepare for birth and early parenthood.
Join Hannah and I for our in-person, four lesson programme:
Lesson One | Birth Basics
Lesson Two | Preparing Your Body
Lesson Three | Preparing Your Mind
Lesson Four | Connecting With Your Baby
You deserve postpartum care that goes beyond the six week check.
Suitable from 4-16 weeks, the postpartum check will help you understand your birth, your risk factors for pelvic floor issues, and how to move through your recovery.
Community and connection are vital to the experience of motherhood. Join Taegan and I for our Move + Meet sessions, run weekly during the school terms:
Tuesday 10:00am | Mat Pilates and Mat Stretch classes
Friday 9:00am | Walking Together

Women deserve support that sees them as a whole person - not a body part, a condition, or an issue. Pelvic health physiotherapy can be the key that unlocks that support.
There are HICAPS facilities in-clinic for on-the-spot health fund rebates and Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPCCMPs).
Pelvic health physiotherapy can help if you have (or are waiting to be diagnosed with):
Endometrosis
Adenomyosis
Vulvodynia
Vaginismus
Or you're struggling with:
Painful periods or ovulation causing you to miss school and/or work or with abdominal, low back and leg pain
Painful sexual experiences or are unable to enjoy comfortable sexual penetration
Pain when you go to the toilet, chronic urinary tract infections or constipation
Leaking wee, wind or poo is common - up to 50% of women will experience incontinence at some stage in their life.
While common, incontinence is not something you have to “just live with”. It is not a normal or inevitable part of being a woman, and with the right guidance and treatment, many women are able to significantly reduce symptoms and feel more in control of their bodies again.
Pelvic organ prolapse happens when one or more of the pelvic organs (bladder, uterus or bowel) move down because the muscles and connective tissues that support them have been strained.
This can cause a feeling of heaviness, pressure, or a bulge in the vagina, as well as bladder or bowel changes.
Prolapse is common — particularly after pregnancy, birth, hormonal changes or over time — and it looks and feels different for every woman.
With the right support, many women can manage their symptoms effectively and feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies.
Reading this and thinking... all of the above? Perimenopause is a big physical transition that can present challenges in body and mind. Holistic pelvic health physiotherapy can help you chart your path through.

Exercise is vital to our health and wellbeing, but so many women have not yet found the joy of movement.
Using Pilates equipment and principles, as well as weight bearing exercise, resistance training and balance, we can work together to find what feels good for you.
There are HICAPS facilities in-clinic for on-the-spot health fund rebates.
Perfect for beginners, or people who have health challenges that require extra support.
For 3-4 people, small group classes provide supervision with the bonus of care and community. This service is currently paused as the waitlist for pelvic health services is a priority.
